skrzynka message/list

List normalized messages already imported into the local inbox.

Invocation#

text
skrzynka message list [--mailbox <MAILBOX>] [--limit <LIMIT>] [--offset <OFFSET>]

Purpose#

List normalized messages already imported into the local inbox.

Inputs and options#

Input or optionRequiredMeaning
--mailbox <MAILBOX>NoFilter by mailbox UUID; an absent mailbox UUID simply matches no rows.
--limit <LIMIT>NoMessages per page; without it every message from --offset on is listed. 0 is refused with LIMIT_INVALID: limit must be at least one; omit it to list every message.
--offset <OFFSET>NoUnsigned pagination offset; default 0.

Global options accepted on this path are --organization <ID> (required on every command except serve, version and onboarding; none is assumed), --skarbiec-bin <PATH> (default skarbiec) and --text (print results as path: value lines for people instead of JSON).

Output and state effect#

Prints a JSON array ordered newest-first. Each message includes its mailbox ID, provider UID/message headers, normalized plain-text body, snippet, size, and receive/import timestamps. The snippet is the complete body with whitespace collapsed, without a character cutoff; reads derive it from retained body text, including for older imports. A preview-format change does not make unchanged provider content an import conflict. It does not resolve credentials or contact a provider.

Refusals#

  • Invalid UUID syntax, negative numbers, or values outside Clap's u32 parser are refused before dispatch with exit 2.
  • There is no not-found refusal for --mailbox; a valid UUID with no matching rows returns [].
