Stop treating one mailbox's Skarbiec item as a mailbox: remove its skrzynka:mailbox tag.

Global options accepted on this path are --organization <ID> (required on every command except serve, version and onboarding; none is assumed), --skarbiec-bin <PATH> (default skarbiec) and --text (print results as path: value lines for people instead of JSON).
Output and state effect#
Removes only the skrzynka:mailbox tag from the item in Skarbiec, reconciles, and prints the mailbox with enabled:false and last_error_code: MAILBOX_NOT_DECLARED. Its local messages and replies remain readable; polling stops. Tagging the item again resumes it with the same UUID and cursor.
Refusals#
- Invalid UUID syntax is refused by Clap before dispatch with exit 2.
NOT_FOUND:mailbox was not foundwhen no organization-scoped row has that UUID.SKARBIEC_WRITE_FAILEDwhen Skarbiec refuses the retag, for example on an item carrying a reserved tag.
