Inputs and options#

Global --database <PATH> and --skarbiec-bin <PATH> may precede help, but help does not open the database, start Skarbiec, or contact a provider.
Output and state effect#
Writes Clap help text and usage to stdout and exits 0. It creates no directory, database row, credential read, or network request.
Refusals#
- Clap refuses an unknown command path before application dispatch, writes a generated usage error to stderr, and exits 2. There is no JSON application-error envelope because no application command ran.
